donald-trumpThere are KKK rallies, and then there’s Donald Trump’s presidential campaign.
More recently, however, the two have looked the same.
Over the weekend, the bombastic Republican presidential frontrunner retweeted a photo edited to put the face of Republican rival Jeb Bush on the body of a man who looks homeless standing in front of Trump Towers holding a sign saying “Vote Trump” outside of Trump Tower.
That’s funny until you look at who originally tweeted it: the handle @WhiteGencideTM.
A little bit of investigating by The Forward shows the account also tweeted a doctored photo of Donald Trump in a Nazi uniform flipping a gas chamber’s switch on Democratic presidential candidate and Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders, who is Jewish.
No, seriously. Look at it:

When working for Trump, remember only the pure don’t get fired. That being said, Trump’s campaign spokeswoman Katrina Pierson of Garland earned her paycheck over the weekend. Pierson, who ran against Rep. Pete Sessions of Dallas in the 2014 primary and failed miserably, had a few choice words about the president.
She called President Barack Obama the “head Negro in charge” and said the country needs “a pure breed” for a president. When pressed to walk back her statements, she instead doubled down, calling him a “half-breed.”
It’s actually a line she’s used before. In 2012, according to Gawker, she called both President Obama and Republican presidential nominee Mitt Romney “half-breeds.”
Why? See the her tweet below:

Perfect Obama’s dad born in Africa, Mitt Romney’s dad born in Mexico. Any pure breeds left? #CNNDebate

When Trump said over the weekend he could shoot someone and “not lose voters,” you have to imagine who he’d target first.
