What with all the uproar over the March in Washington last weekend and the uproar here in Texas over TABC and FWPD and the Rainbow Lounge, a lot of people seem to have forgotten that the LGBT community in Maine, and its allies, are fighting hard right now to keep their state from going the way of California and negating through a voter referendum the Legislature’s vote earlier this year approving same-sex marriage.
