As much as we might not want to admit it, the LGBT community is aging just like everyone else. That’s why about a year ago Resource Center Dallas established its first-ever program for queer seniors, the GLBT Aging + Interest Network. Tonight GAIN will host another informative program for LGBT people over 50, called “Finding a Retirement or Rehabilitation Community That Meets Your Needs and Exceeds Your Expectations.” The program, which begins at 6:30 p.m. at the center, will feature Jerry McDonald, executive director of Veranda Preston Hollow-Dallas Home for Jewish Aged.
