Hate group loses tax-exempt status

Americans For Truth About Homosexuality, an anti-gay hate group headed by Peter LaBarbera , has lost its tax-exempt status due to failure to file a Form 990 for three consecutive years, according to Ex-Gay Watch. The form is required of non-profit organizations to maintain their status.

The group was labeled a hate group because it promotes the lies that pedophiles are predominantly gay and that the Nazi Party was headed by gays. LaBarbera has demanded a sexual orientation test for all judges.

Among the group’s worst offenses is the promotion of Uganda’s “Kill the Gays” bill.
