Do you like polka music? German cuisine? Lederhosen? Well, you can get a hefty dose of that this weekend at the 2011 Addison Oktoberfest. The fun and festivities start Thursday at Addison Circle Park and we have a pair of passes for you to partake on any day of the event. Sure you got a Pride parade and Six Flags to fit in this weekend as well, but why not have a calendar bursting at the seams?
Want to win? First, know you’ll have to pick up the pair of passes here at our offices by 5 p.m. Thursday. Second, how funny are you? Well, the best German sausage joke wins. Just email it here with “Oktoberfest” in the subject line. The one we think is funniest gets to head to Addison Oktoberfest. I know it’s Addison, but the food and beer will make up for it. Trust.
