On their podcaqst Here For All Of It, Shannon Smith, left, and Tracy Spears share candid conversations about their relationship, personal growth and navigating life later in adulthood.
A podcast centered on love, reinvention and identity will come to life in Dallas later this week when hosts Tracy Spears and Shannon Smith take the stage for a live Q&A and meet-and-greet.
The couple, both 60 years old, will host the event May 5 (Cinco de Mayo) at Sue Ellen’s, one of the city’s longest-running LGBTQ+ bars and a cornerstone of its lesbian nightlife scene since opening in January 1989.
The evening will be an extension of Spears’ and Smith’s podcast, Here For All Of It, in which Spears and Smith share candid, often humorous conversations about their relationship, personal growth and navigating life later in adulthood, according to the duo’s website.
Their storytelling focuses on themes of second chances, aging and building meaningful connections.

“We’re two 60-year-old women navigating life, love, and everything in between out loud,” the women say on their website. “It’s never too late to start again; we’re here for all of it.”
The Dallas event will feature a live audience Q&A, along with a VIP experience and opportunities for attendees to meet the hosts, according to an event page. Organizers describe the show as an intimate, in-person version of the podcast: unscripted, personal and community-driven.
Amy Taylor, founder of LOUD Management, an agency that represents women thought leaders, said the event is designed to bring listeners into direct conversation with Spears and Smith.
“They’re coming to Dallas to share a night of community, connection and celebration,” Taylor said in an email. “It’s a chance for fans to experience the heart of the podcast in person.”
Recent episodes of Here For All Of It have explored topics like building deeper relationships
through intentional conversation, curating supportive social circles and embracing travel as a meaningful life experience.
The podcast blends personal storytelling with practical reflections, often incorporating Smith’s background as a chef through recipes and shared rituals.
The choice of venue underscores the event’s focus on LGBTQ+ community. Sue Ellen’s, widely regarded as Dallas’ only remaining lesbian bar and one of the few left in the country, has long served as a gathering space for queer women and allies.
Organizers say the night is intended to foster connection not only between the hosts and their audience, but among attendees themselves.
“If you’re a fan of the podcast, this is more than an event,” the event description reads. “It’s your chance to meet the hosts, connect with fellow besties, and be part of a night you’ll talk about long after it ends.”
Tickets for the event are available through the podcast’s website, HereForAllOfIt.net. n
