Seven North Texas animal welfare organizations are uniting for the Silent Night foster campaign to help shelter pets celebrate the holiday season in loving homes. Pioneered by Dallas Animal Services more than five years ago, this is the first year the campaign has expanded to a collaboration between multiple organizations.
