LGBT advocates and allies in Tarrant County will be gathering in the Fort Worth City Council chambers tonight (Tuesday, June 10), at 100 Fort Worth Trail in Fort Worth, to celebrate the council’s proclamation in honor of Pride Month.

The proclamation ceremony starts at 6 p.m.

“Let’s celebrate June as Pride Month,” urged Felipe Gutierrez with Stonewall Democrats of Tarrant County. “Let’s show up strong and united in our support of our LGBTQ+ community.”

Those attending are asked not to bring flags or signs, but to “just wear your pride. Bring your voice, your spirit and your support. Together we shine.”
