For those who love to hate A-List: Dallas, you’ll either be sad or glad to see the show’s season come to an end tonight. And by the previews, boy does it. Taylor Garrett needles at the community with his friendly exchange with conservative pundit Ann Coulter. Castmate Chase Hutchison is naturally infuriated but then also has to deal with Garrett lip-locking on his sorta beau Levi Crocker. As the season comes to a close, I’m fascinated that we never got to see the incident that happened at Jack’s Backyard. Remember this whole to-do?
I tweeted a couple of the A-Listers about what to expect on tonight’s episode. Hutchison was kind enough to reply.
“Tonight’s episode is definitely going to piss a lot of people off, including myself,” he tweeted back. “Everything comes to a head tonight; relationships, politics, friendships… And having Ann Coulter being part of the show was enough to make my blood boil with Taylor. But I do like that very different views are being shown, as much as some of those views disgust me. It will be worth watching for sure.”
Fellow reality star, Drew Ginsburg from Bravo’s Most Eligible Dallas chimed in as well with his response to tonight’s episode.
“Supporting Ann Coulter is a like a Jew supporting the Nazis,” he tweeted.
The Hayyy List is hosting a watch party tonight with cast member James Doyle at Axiom Sushi, or you can seethe or snicker on your own. Either way, here’s the preview clip after the jump to get you going before tonight’s episode.
I couldn’t say it any better myself: “Supporting Ann Coulter is a like a Jew supporting the Nazis,”
I certainly won’t be watching.
I think a lot of Taylor’s spin on “Not being put on a plantation” and how he’s viewed by the gay community falls directly upon his own shoulders. It’s not because he is a gay Republican, but rather more to his chosen associates (GoProud/Ann Coulter), how he himself is personally and how he is marketing himself.
Taylor Garrett: I was approached by GOProud and we were discussing them hiring me as a consultant and I met with the executive director [Jimmy LaSalvia] in LA and he said, “We should introduce you to some of our higher profile board members.” So that’s why I had lunch with him and Ann. She’s on the board.
I heard rumors that Taylor *may* be going to work for Newt’s campaign. I wonder if Anne Coulter’s status as one of his inspirations on his Facebook page will be changed when he sees the 12/10 article about Newt she wrote?

Conservative activist and publisher Andrew Breitbart has now stepped down from the GOProud advisory council in protest, raising the question as to whether other high-profile council members, such as honorary co-chair Ann Coulter and Fox News commentator and conservative author Margaret Hoover, will follow suit. Breitbart cited the “outing” of Fabrizio,
The representatives of the Gay/Lesbian Republican organizations are as discombobulated, idiotic, and vile as their hettie Presidential candidates. It is like they are all trying to out goof each other. There is no need to watch this TV presentation, the actual FB accounts are far more entertaining.
Why is the Dallas Voice promoting this show so much? Haven’t seen an episode, never will.
becuase it gives the rest of us something to bitch about….and of course they didn’t show Phillip running his mouth at Jacks – even though LOGO could care less about what people think about this show, and they’ve been hit with more feedback(negative) than they expected….and have even said they don’t care…but showing that….they’d never dig their way out of that hole!
p.s. yes…this makes me an ass, but, these tools deserve anything, and everything that happens to them for their actions – people sit here and say “it’s just a reality show, they’re not the only ones in Dallas that act like this”…and no, they’re not…BUT, they’re the ones that CHOSE to put their shit on display for all to see, and they aren’t prepared to back up their words or actions….major case of their mouths writing the check, that their asses can’t cash!
I’d rather not watch the show and have nothing to complain about. But you are right, if you signed up for a reality show, then accept all aspects of the fame, including the negative.
Love the show. LOve the different views alot of hate on here just because people have different view points. Season 2 please
“The gays have got to be pro-life…” Nobody can dispute that.
@ Mike…..”Why is the Dallas Voice promoting this show so much? The Dallas Voice hasn’t been a decent “news source” since Dennis Vercher was editor, and that has been about 5 years. I think they would do ANYTHING to keep selling ads for this worthless excuse of a “Newspaper”.
The only thing the DV seems to report about now is how everyone mistreats the gay community, overpriced housing (Ilume), tired drag queens (too many to list), and who donates the most money to the Black Tie.
I take anything the DV prints or promotes with a grain of salt, you might should too!!
The Canadian TV series “ReGenesis” (starring Ellen Page before she was in movies) covered anti-gay eugenic abortion way back in 2007:
