Out & Equal Dallas Fort Worth presents a panel discussion Thursday night called “Harnessing the power of LGBT Employee Resource Groups.”
Panelists from leading DFW Companies will share best practices for starting and maintaining LGBT Employee Resource Groups.
Representatives from some of DFW’s largest employers, including American Airlines, Citibank, Sodexo and Texas Instruments, will be on hand to discuss how their companies create effective organizations for their LGBT employees. Other DFW companies have confirmed their attendance as well.
The event takes place upstairs at Sue Ellen’s, 3014 Throckmorton St., and begins with networking and hors d’oevres.
