Dallas Pride Executive Director Jaron Turnbow announced last month that the Dallas Pride celebration is being moved to June 2019, and will be held at Fair Park, in the Centennial Building and on the Esplanade. The Miller Lite Music Festival will be held Saturday, June 1, with the Alan Ross Texas Freedom Parade on Sunday afternoon, June 2.
As December came to an end, Turnbow announced that applications for the festival and the parade will go live at 8 a.m. Monday, Jan. 14, on the Dallas Pride website. He said that more detailed information on registration will be announced closer to the Jan. 14 date, and that other information — such as nominations for grand marshals — will be announced when the information becomes available.
