Army Secretary John McHugh

Secretary of the Army John McHugh said he spoke to a number of gay and lesbian soldiers about “Don’t ask, don’t tell.”
He said they spoke about wanting to serve their country and about being uncomfortable serving under the current law.
McHugh said he will not begin any disciplinary action against any of the soldiers for telling.
Damn nice of him.
But under current law, isn’t the first part “Don’t ask?” And if he asked, isn’t he as guilty as they are for telling?
So if he initiates discipline against them, aren’t they obligated to initiate disciplinary action right back at him?сайткак настроить контекстную рекламу в гугле
