Under this year’s revamped system, the 22 players getting the most votes, regardless of conference, will make the All-Star team. The two top vote-getters will be named team captains and will choose their teams from the remaining 20.

The 22 players are chosen by fan votes (40 percent of the vote), current WNBA player votes (20 percent), current WNBA head coach votes (20 percent) and a national panel of sportswriters and broadcasters (20 percent).

As of July 5 when the first returns from the fan voting were tallied, both Diggins-Smith and Cambage were in the top 22. Diggins-Smith was at No. 9, and Cambage was at No. 19. Allisha Gray was at No. 30.

Fan voting for the All-Stars roster closes Thursday, July 12. You can vote here once a day through Thursday.
