The Dallas Police Department are holding a memorial this week in observance of the events of July 7, 2016 — the mass shooting at a Black Lives Matter protest in downtown Dallas that claimed the lives of four Dallas Police officers and one DART officer, and injured several other officers and a civilian.
The memorial will take place at 10:30 a.m. in front of the main entrance of the Jack Evans Police Headquarters, 1400 S. Lamar St.
The public is invited to attend.
