The ad is in response to Donald Trump saying if someone came to Trump Tower, they should use the bathroom appropriate to his or her gender identity. It is part of a new coordinated campaign by Cruz and John Kasich to prevent Trump from gaining enough delegates to get the nomination on the first ballot at the convention and force a brokered convention.
