Cathedral of Hope UCC, 5910 Cedar Springs Road, in partnership with Sources of Hope Bookstore, hosts “a powerful and thought-provoking evening” with author William Stell, focused on Stell’s acclaimed book, Born Again Queer, on Thursday, June 4, at 7:15 p.m. in the Interfaith Chapel.
“Through personal storytelling, spiritual reflection and honest conversation, Born Again Queer explores the intersection of faith, identity and the journey toward authenticity and belonging,” according to a statement announcing the event. “William Stell brings a compassionate and engaging voice to conversations around spirituality, justice and LGBTQ+ inclusion, inviting readers into deeper reflection on healing, hope and liberation.”
Stell will insights from the book, followed by conversation, audience engagement and an opportunity for attendees to have books personally signed.
