Whiskey cocktails are big this year, and especially with the cooler weather settling in, a perfect time to turn that tumbler of scotch into a specialty drink — hence, the Heather Honey Sour.
1 oz. Drumbuie
1 oz. Glenfiddich 15-year-old scotch whisky
1 oz. fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz. honey syrup
Making it: Combine all ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously and strain over fresh ice in a martini glass. Garnish with a spritzed lemon peel.
