I’m a big fan of high-end sippin’ tequilas, and one the best blancos is Casa Dragones, which is sophisticated but also mixes well with other ingredients, as evidenced by this recipe, which sounds ideal for a cool winter night.
1.75 oz. Case Dragones Blanco tequila
.25 oz. yellow chartreuse
.5 oz. carrot juice
.5 oz. orange juice
1 egg white
Making it: Combine ingredients and dry-shake; then add ice and shake more. Fine-strain into a chilled coupe glass. No garnish, just enjoy as is.
