A self-proclaimed Orthodox rabbi from a right-wing Hasidic enclave in Spring Valley, N.Y., best known for saying Hurricane Sandy was God’s retribution for New York legalizing same-sex marriage, is campaigning for Roy Moore.
“Rabbi” Noson Leiter claims Moore is being persecuted because he supports “transgender bathroom bills” and opposes “LGBT indoctrination in schools.”
“The great flood that annihilated civilization in the days of Noah was triggered by the recognition of same-gender marriage,” the delusional rabbi claims.
“We need Judge Moore to stand up to the LGBT transgender mafia,” he claims. At another point he calls out the “gay terrorists.”
