What's Brewing: Vigil planned outside McDonald's where transgender woman was brutally beaten

1. A vigil is planned tonight outside the McDonald’s in Baltimore where a transgender woman was brutally attacked, beaten and dragged across the floor on April 18 before apparently suffering a seizure. Shocking video of the incident, captured by a McDonald’s employee on his cell phone, has gone viral over the last several days. The 22-year-old victim, Chrissy Lee Polis, spoke out about the incident, which she says was a hate crime, in an interview with the Baltimore Sun above. Two female suspects, ages 14 and 18, have been arrested, and the employee who filmed the attack has been fired. If you haven’t seen the video of the incident yet, you can watch it here.

2. A Tennessee pastor is set to appear in federal court today on charges related to the epic Lisa Miller-Janet Jenkins lesbian custody case. Timothy David Miller, 34, is accused of helping Lisa Miller and her daughter flee to Central America after she renounced homosexuality and refused to comply with court-ordered visitation. Lisa Miller and Janet Jenkins entered a civil union in 2000 in Vermont, and their daughter, Isabella, was born in 2002. After the couple broke up in 2003 and Miller renounced homosexuality, she refused to allow Jenkins to see Isabella because she’s a lesbian.

You know, I don’t support the homosexuality/lesbian/transgender lifestyles in the least little bit. But what happened to Chrissy Lee Polis was down and out wrong. I’m SO glad that the 2 girls that carried out the attack have been arrested, as well as the McDonald’s employee being fired. I was also hoping the bystanders were arrested and charged as well! I believe what the Bible says about these types of lifestyles and those that choose to live this way. But I ALSO know, that it is the Lord’s job to deal with people and NOT people violently attacking other people. This is in no way justified.

I think that people are tired of people lieing about who they really are. Stealing identity and dressing like a women can be very offending to a real women. I dont trust homosexuals or transgenders. Men are under attack because they are often attacking women. Women are in fear living in this world today which is what brought that violant attack on. They are wanting and doing too much lately. To see a man in the womens restroom is scary. and how do you no if he/she really did have a sex change (YOU DONT NO)!!!. That,s the problem. Its called confussion which they are causing around the world. They expect women to put there gards down and trust men which, is not going to happen. Anything can happen in a restroom rape, molestation, or assults and the last time I looked at the news there have been alot of women and children being attacked on every level even murdered. I believe that bullying has been around for a long time and they are useing it to there better advantage. Actually I think that they are the ones doing the bullying and that women are the ones being bullied on. because when it comes to stigma!! MEN are much stronger then WOMEN. So EQUALITY is a very false word too me. If he really wanted to win the fight he could of. We will most likely see much much more of this in the coming years. They are trying to violate Womens privacy and dignity for there own fuck-up reason. Thats WHY! we need to stick togeather and look out for eachother.which they dont want to see happen and it is happening anyway.

This whole thing was not on the issue of the transgendered woman using the women’s restroom. It is about the females being insecure and scared in their relationship. The man wanted to talk the victim (not gonna refer to her as a transgendered woman, because WHO GIVES A F***?) and that was his prerogative, not hers. The women doing the attacking should have been talking to him, not beating on the woman…she did nothing. And you choose to focus on the aspect of her using the women’s restroom…why not focus on whats really happening, not just what you wanna comment on.

I I like how you say that females are insecure….. I believe that we have GOOdD Reason too be…. especially when people are tired and scared, but the relationship PART I dont agree or think is true NOT AT ALL !!! especially when it come,s to a REAL WOMEM once againl ill… say….nothing… could compare to that not at all that,s the blessing we get naturally from GOD!! its a beutiful thing…. Weather a man wanted to talk to it or whatever it still is scary that something like that in the womens restroom is spookey…and WHO GIVES A F***** I think WOMEN DO VERY MUCH… there,s no TRUST ANYMIORE thats OUT THE DOOR…. and thats whats HAPPENING Pretty MUCH. The results is WE as REAL WOMEN are going to have to be very careful because we have no more privacy and now we have to BE aware going in the womens restroom.s..?.. SICK, introuding,violating, sad,and VERY… Depressing….I could think of so much more to discribe this situation. OH and far as relationships I think that all of that ties into alot of things in the world Today… Safety and being more aware of the THINGS AROUND US>> its TOO CLOSE… because of the FINE LINE that has been drawn period.Maybe YOU are the one who dont UNDERSTAND its the PRINCIPAL of the hole IDEA… The Laws are still being DEBATED So does that give Homosexuals or Transgenders the right to dress up as Women and use the women ,s restroom… NO!!!! it does,nt next thing you no any man could dress up and enter the womens restrooms saying they are a transgender…to be nosey or rape somebody. MEN dont think like women and women dont think like men. SO what confussion are you do you even no. And… for your information ,Im in a 4yr…college going for my B.A in Social Science and plan on taking it further. YOU FEEL ME.. maybe you dont. I read the article about what happen and they said one of the girls that attacked she/he SAID in the rest room that…IT was a man which I believe thats what brought it ON!!!! I dont agree with what happen to him but considering the way women think and the wiered things thats happening in this perverted world today whose gonna simpathize about it ,when WOMEN are concerned about SAFETY issues……Im a mother of 3 grown children and just became a grandmother and proud too say that The risk out hear that we face every day I said tha GOD is going to deal with it. especially with everything that going on..
