Austin’s KVUE-TV reports on Twitter that the station handed Texas Gov. Rick Perry the above printout of an AP News Alert saying his spokesman confirmed this afternoon he’s running for president. Perry, who was in KVUE’s studio for a previously scheduled interview, responded by signing and dating the printout. Now that his “announcement” is finally out of the way, can someone please run a handwriting analysis on Perry’s signature? Because, if you ask us, the “R” and “P” look just a little too pretty for such a tough-talking Republican from Texas.
He prints his signature, writing is diagonal, ascending, placed at center of page, clear, well spaced, larger initials, signature bigger than what he printed underneath, slant of signature tends left while writing below tends right – craves attention, likes the limelight and being at the center of attention, traditional, defiant, wants to do things his way, communicates clearly but not necessarily openly or sincerely, charismatic, the public image he projects is not quite who is is privately – appears bold and defiant, but he likes to do what’s safe and proven, appears friendly and accessible, he is actually more distant and guarded than it seems…more progressive than he appears! (forward slant of text vs left slant of signature) so all is all – he is a show off, conservative, leadership ability, you’ll understand what he says but not sure what he really feels or means (clearly executed letters but printed!), won’t have much compassion for the under privileged… so he might make things happen, but will he care for the average guy, the underdog?
I love his signature – it is clear and communicative. When I had my forensic handwriting television segment on KGBT-TV, he was running against Tony Sanchez and I am sooooooo glad Perry won !
As a 23+ year international expert, I think he’s perfect his job!
Treyce,
Rick Perry might be a clear communicator, but, are you listening to what he is saying????
This is a man who thinks that global warming is a hoax, that social security is a “ponzi scheme”, and more such brilliant ideas we could do without! hoping for someone more intelligent, informed and progressive in the White House!

Hi Varda: – I do not watch television or read newspapers because of getting so many high profile cases. I don’t know about presidency but for Texas he was the best of the choices. LOL
Treyce,
Sorry to hear that!
