Since Galentine’s Day is all about girls celebrating the love and affection they have for their girlfriends, what better way to celebrate with some of your favorite gurls? And Booty’s Street Food inside the Deep Ellum Hostel is giving you chances to do just that all weekend long.
It starts Friday night, Feb. 12, with the Galentine’s Party, featuring DFW’s own multi-titleholder and RuPaul’s Drag Race alum, Kennedy Davenport. The show is hosted by Barbie Davenport Dupree and Mr. Lonestar Supreme USofA, Danteil McKim Anthony, along with music by DJ Dezi 5. Tickets are $10 in advance and $15 at the door. The show starts at 10:30 p.m., but get there early for the Drag Race watch party at 7 p.m.
The weekend continues Saturday night with the Fête de L’Amour, a Valentine’s burlesque show, presented by Booty’s and Ricochet Cabaret, emceed by Kylee Fatale O’Hara and featuring Delilah DuBois, Mina Montenegro, Rosie Lipps, Louie Luxxe and Kitt Karlisle. There are shows at 8 p.m. and 10:30 p.m., and tickets for each are $20.
