BJ’s NXS will host a memorial and fundraiser Monday night for Shawn Gregory Miller, a well-known entertainer at the Fitzhugh Avenue gay club who passed away unexpectedly on Friday. Miller was 21.
All tips from tonight’s event, which begins at 9 p.m., will be donated to Miller’s family for funeral costs. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Trevor Project in Miller’s name.
A formal service for Miller will be Saturday in his native Delaware.
