Sitar player Anoushka Shankar fuses classic Indian music with modern jazz, flamenco and Western classical. Her father is the legendary Ravi Shankar. Anoushka has collaborated with the likes of Lenny Kravitz, Peter Gabriel, Herbie Hancock, Elton John, Madonna, Nina Simone, Sting, James Taylor and Dallas singer Norah Jones. She tours in support of her newest album Traveler.
