Get your daubers ready.
Get your daubers ready for GayBingo tomorrow night.

In case you’ve been moved to check out GayBingo tomorrow night by this guy, there are some new things you need to know. Resource Center Dallas communications and program manager Rafael McDonnell clued us in on some of the new goings-on starting with Motown GayBingo. The short of it is, new games and more seating! But you can read the official word after the jump.

Starting with Motown Gaybingo at S4 this Saturday, January 16, we will begin selling pull tabs at Gaybingo Dallas. They are an official lottery game that can be played individually or in conjunction with a charitable bingo event. Pull tabs are in the same family as scratch-off lottery tickets. Instead of scratching off to uncover prizes won, an individual pulls the tab to see their prize.  The tickets will sell at $1 each or $10 for ten tickets, with a maximum prize of $150 and prizes down to $1. We will request players not to pull their tabs until Game 9 (The Pull Tab Game).
Also, group seating for Gaybingo in 2010 will be limited to the first five (5) single purchases of 15-25 tickets only. This allows more open seating for the entire event. You must purchase your group tickets as one purchase and email Henry Ramirez at gaybingo@rcdallas.org with your confirmation email attached. You must include your group name, and only the first five reservations will be taken. If you purchase your group tickets and are not one of the first five, please make sure your group is in line early so you can all sit together.
As a result, more open seating will be available in 2010. With limited reservations, open seating availability will increase in the Rose Room, the Granite Bar and the Landing of S4. This is in response to suggestions from players, sponsors and committee members. Please purchase your tickets early. Open seating is first come, first served and the line begins at 4 p.m.; the doors to S4 open at 5 p.m. and the games start at 6 p.m.
