Dallas police searched a 1-square mile, grassy and wooded area of Hunt County on Thursday morning in an effort to locate Lisa Stone, the 51-year-old lesbian from Dallas who’s been missing for more than 40 days, according to The Dallas Morning News.
We don’t want to jump to conclusions here, but this would seem to indicate that police believe Stone is no longer alive. Sr. Cpl. Kevin Janse, a spokesman for DPD, told me Friday morning that no further information was available.
“Detectives will only say evidence they have uncovered during their investigation led them to that area,” Janse said. “But they won’t say what evidence.”
