Dallas Police are asking the public for help in identifying the man who stole a package from the front porch of a residence in the 4200 block Of Throckmorton Street last week.
At 4:20 p.m. on Wednesday, March 14, a Latin male — who looked to be in his 30s, with short hair a “the start of a goatee,” wearing a large chain necklace with a medallion and bracelets on both wrists — walked up to the porch, picked up the package and carried it away.
