A visit to Terrell’s office — complete with chilled eye masks and massaging chairs — can almost feel like an afternoon at a spa rather than a squirm-inducing chore, and, as a member of the North Texas GLBT Chamber of Commerce, former DIFFA chair and Black Tie Dinner board member, Terrell is definitely the LGBTQ community’s dentist with a conscience.
