DV staffer David Taffet is headed over to Ozona Grill and Bar on Greenville for the Dallas County Democrats’ Watch Party, and I’m here at the Instant Tea Brewery steadily hitting the refresh button on the Dallas County Elections Web site. Early voting results should be posted shortly after 7 p.m., and given that they’re expected to account for about 60 percent of overall turnout, they should give us a good idea of the outcome of some races.
