Stonewall Democrats of Dallas presents Reel Resistance movie night and fundraising event on Thursday, May 1 at 6 p.m. at the Angelika Film Center. Reel Resistance includes a special screening of the documentary Stonewall Uprising and will include a special guest — Texas Democratic Party Chairman Kendall Scudder.
By joining the event’s Host Committee or by purchasing a general admission ticket, your support funds initiatives that:
- Increases Get Out The Vote (GOTV) efforts each election cycle in Dallas County
- Supports LGBTQ candidates and allies that Stonewall endorses
- Raises awareness of political issues affecting ALL LGBTQ Texans
- Provides field support for LGBTQ+ candidates and allies that Stonewall endorses
