Last week I posted a note here on Instant Tea about the one-year anniversary of Z’s Cafe, a Fort Worth restaurant that works in partnership with Samaritan House to give jobs to residents of the HIV/AIDS housing facility. The celebration was set for last Friday.
Well, you might have noticed that we had a bit of bad weather here in DFW, starting last Thursday. Thanks to the record snowfall, the Z’s Cafe celebration had to be postponed. It will be held today, instead, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Fort Worth Community Arts Center, and the party features complimentary wine and food.
