The AFI Film Fest is about to start up, and the Dallas CVB’s gay division is offering queer Dallas — or actually, anyone who wants to sign up — a chance to win one of five pairs of passes to the entire eight-day festival. There are four ways to sign up, but the passes are worth $700 so it’s worth a shot:
• Visit the GLBT Dallas Web page here, which takes you to the rules and gives you links to the other pages. Fill out the form there. Â
• Visit Myspace.com/glbtdallas, become a friend and post a comment mentioning your favorite thing about Dallas (for example: Reading Instant Tea).Â
• Visit its Facebook page (search for GLBT Dallas), become a fan and post the same comment.
• Follow the CVB on Twitter.
