This was the scene inside the Fincher Building at Southern Methodist University on Wednesday, April 1, during the fourth annual GLBT Job Expo. The Expo, hosted by the Resource Center of Dallas and the North Texas GLBT Chamber of Commerce, featured 27 employers and drew about 400 job-seekers, according to RCD spokesman Rafael McDonnell. In 2008, the expo drew only 200 job-seekers. "Literally when we opened the doors at 2 o’clock, we had a line of people like it was the day after Thanksgiving at a store," McDonnell said.
