The Dallas Morning News sure seems to like the idea of Chet Edwards for vice president. Personally, I’d have a real hard time voting for a guy named Chet from Waco for anything. But The DMN doesn’t broach the issue of Edwards’ lack of support for the LGBT community, which has been widely reported since I first broke the news here last week. For gays, it appears Edwards has joined Sam Nunn on the short list of those we hope don’t get the nomination. So who do local gay Democrats and Republicans support for vice president?
