Over on the Main Page, we just posted a story about Annise Parker, who announced today she’s running for mayor of Houston. Above is Parker’s first campaign video on YouTube. Parker, a former city councilwoman who currently serves as Houston’s controller, would be the first openly LGBT person elected mayor of a top 10 U.S. city.
