After seven-and-a-half years of walking Life’s path hand-in-hand, Wendy Churitch and Kay Mathews were legally married Aug. 17 in Davenport, Iowa, at a site overlooking the Mississippi River. Judge Cindy Taylor officiated. The Churitchs live in Irving with their two dogs, Bailey & PalaMine.

Chris Williams, 33, of Portland, Ore., and Richard Neal, 39, of Dallas will celebrate their more than five years together with a wedding ceremony on Sunday, Sept. 20, at 2 p.m. inside the Texas Discovery Gardens at Fair Park. Neal is owner of Zeus Comics on Lemmon Avenue and creator of the webseries "The Variants." Former Dallasite Alonso Duralde, author of "101 Must-See Movies For Gay Men," will officiate at the service.
