Dallas PD Homicide Det. Jacob White is asking the public’s help in identifying the man in this photo, a suspect in a March 10 murder.


The Dallas Police Homicide Unit is asking for the public’s help in identifying the suspect in the March 10 murder of Francisco Munoz, 22.
Police on Saturday, March 10, at about 10:45 p.m. received a report of an “active shooter” in the parking lot of the Best Western Cityplace Inn, 4150 N. Central Expressway, on the southeast corner of the intersection where Fitzhugh Avenue crosses Central, at the edge of the Oak Lawn/Uptown area.
When officers arrived at the scene, they found Munoz lying in the parking lot of the hotel, suffering from a gunshot wound. He was taken to an area hospital where he died of his injuries.
