Officials with the Greg Dollgener Memorial AIDS Fund today (Tuesday, July 23) announced the exclusive Dallas return performance of Thorgy Thor — a fan favorite from Season 8 of RuPaul’s Drag Race and Season 3 of RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars — in Night of Stars: Icons. The fundraiser is set for on Saturday Sept. 7, in The Rose Room, inside S4, 3911 Cedar Springs Road in Dallas.
Also known as Shane Thor Galligan, Thorgy Thor gained international acclaim through his appearances on Drag Race, showcasing a unique blend of musical talent and vibrant Brooklyn-inspired drag style.
Caress Riata will host the show that will also feature, “a stellar lineup of talented performers” including Wayne Smith as Cher, Carmella Dubuque, Devon DeVasquez, Sierra LaPuerta, Edna Jean Robinson, Gloria Devine, Vanity Storm, Sienna Silver, Layla LaRue, Mary Anne Sumers and Mattie Madison.

Doors will open for VIPs at 5 p.m. for a VIP reception and meet-and-greet with Thorgy Thor at 5:30 p.m. General admission begins at 6 p.m., and the show starts at 6:30 p.m.
Night of Stars is GDMAF’s annual fall fundraiser, and all proceeds directly support individuals living with HIV/AIDS across the DFW Metroplex, providing crucial emergency assistance.
