Spectrum Properties will hold a grand opening for Third Rail Lofts, billed as the "first newly-constructed apartment building in downtown Dallas in more than 40 years," on Monday, April 21, from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Dallas Mayor Tom Leppert will attend.
Valet parking will be available at the front entrance to the building, located between Akard and Field streets.
