The Texas Council on Family Violence, a statewide nonprofit organization advocating for victims of domestic violence, will hold an informal meeting on May 26, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., in the board room at the Montrose Counseling Center, 701 Richmond Ave. in Houston.
The meeting is intended as an opportunity for survivors of family violence to share their stories and offer suggestions on addressing the issue of domestic abuse.
