It’s a mash-up of beefcake, jockstraps and whipped cream. On Sunday at the Round-Up Saloon, you can join the Jock Pie Toss an innovative audience-participation event that raises money for Team Dallas athletes who are competing at Gay Games VII, scheduled in Chicago, July 15-22.

The “targets” are still being organized, but some local studs (personal trainers, chiropractors, bodybuilders) will start off fully clothed as if they were on an auction block. And then the bidding will begin. As the dollar amounts rise, garments will be shed. What’s underneath their clothes is a surprise: undies, T-backs, boxers, briefs Then the whipped-cream pies come out, and lucky bidders may hurl them at the “jock.” As if that wasn’t enough, some lucky bidders will have the chance to lick the cream off the muscleman. There will also be grab-bag drawings for gift certificates for massages, gym memberships, local stores and weekend getaways to Houston and San Antonio.
