James Randi, known professionally as “The Amazing Randi,” turns 84 on Tuesday. Famed as a magician and illusionist, but also as a debunker of the paranormal (he’s offered a reward if anyone could prove psychic powers, which has never been claimed), he came out as gay only in 2010.

Venus entering Cancer brings out domesticity, familial affections and good cooking. Easy on the sweets! Mercury quincunx Neptune brings a last burst of madness (enlightenment?) as he turns direct. It will all clear up soon.
