The final tally of votes in Fort Bend County is in. Locke got 89 percent of the vote.
The vote total in Fort Bend is 306 for Parker and 2,626 for Locke.
In Harris County, Parker’s lead has increased to almost 53 percent.
A small number of votes are expected in a northern part of Houston that is in Montgomery County. No votes are reported from those precincts yet.
