Word is that President Obama will hold a signing ceremony on Wednesday, Oct. 28, at about 4:45 p.m., EST, at the White House to sign into law the Matthew Shepard and James Byrd Jr. Hate Crimes Law.
The commemoration will include a reception in partnership with the David Bohnett Foundation, according to “a leaked copy” on the invitation being sent for the event.
