As you already know unless you’ve been living under a rock for the last few days, the U.S. Supreme Court heard oral arguments this morning in a lawsuit challenging the constitutionality of Proposition 8, California’s ban on same-sex marriage. Several media outlets are reporting that based on justices’ comments and questions during the arguments, it now seems unlikely the court will uphold Prop 8. But we’ll have to wait until June to find out for sure.
