Just a couple of weeks left to see the exhibit Rediscoveries: Modes of Making in Modern Sculpture at the Nasher Sculpture Center.

And if you love the Nasher — the gift to Dallas from Raymond Nasher that costs nothing for the city to maintain because of a generous endowment from the Nashers — then please read this call to action from Museum Director Jeremy Strick about the neighboring Museum Tower that is destroying the artwork in the museum.

But take some time to visit the Nasher to see Rediscoveries. This new installation of masterworks from the Raymond and Patsy Nasher Collection traces the roots of several “new” methods of conceiving and making sculpture over the past 125 years.

But most important is to go see the museum before Museum Tower destroys much of the work in the museum.

DEETS: Nasher Sculpture Center, 2001 Flora St. 11 a.m.–5 p.m. Rediscoveries through Jan. 13.
