Police and Homeland Security were braced for anti-gay protesters at the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals in New Orleans as they hear oral arguments in three marriage equality cases. Those protests didn’t happen.
At noon, after the cases are heard, plaintiffs in the three cases will gather for a rally.
