Meet Bellatrix, a people-loving dog who thrives on companionship. She is great on a leash, loves learning new tricks and will do well with kids and other pets. She is a sweet and friendly 1 1/2-year-old shepherd weighing 60 pounds and with a long, soft black coat and sparkling brown eyes. Bellatrix has a heart full of love and is always eager to please. Her playful spirit is balanced with a calm, affectionate side, making her the perfect companion for both fun outings and cozy evenings. Like all pets from the SPCA of Texas, Bellatrix has been spayed and microchipped and is up to date on all her vaccinations. She is housed at the Russell E. Dealey Animal Rescue Center, so you’ll need an appointment to meet her.

To do that, just find her profile at SPCA.org/Dogs and click on the button to make an appointment.
