Shaggy was adopted and returned because his previous owner did not have the time and energy he needs. He is extremely playful, likes your company and rides well in cars. Shaggy can be very sensitive around thunderstorms, rain and cloudy days. He would do wonderfully living in a home surrounded by family. Shaggy loves to play with kids and babies.
