Little Bit is little beauty! She’s a 2-year-old Abby-Tabby — or Abyssinian-Tabby — with big green eyes and a sleek coat with auburn-tinted stripes. Little Bit is friendly, laidback and affectionate. She seems to be good with other cats and looks like she’d make a great lap cat.
Little Bit and many other great dogs, cats, puppies and kittens are available for adoption from the Dallas Animal Services Adoption Center, located at 1818 N. Westmoreland at I-30 on the northeast corner. The shelter has new hours for the winter: Tuesday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Sundays from 12 noon to 5 p.m.; closed Mondays. The cost to adopt is $85 for dogs and $55 for cats and includes spay/neuter surgery, vaccinations, microchip and more.
